YOGA FOR PREGNANCY - 6 week course

A 6 week course of weekly classes, just for mums-to-be. A practice designed for the expectant mum, from 14 weeks right up until baby is born. A chance to move safely, mindful of all the changes in your body as baby grows, relax and take precious time for yourself. With postures and movements to stretch and to strengthen, breathwork to regulate energy, meditation to quiet a busy mind, and time to relax too.
